With the rapid development of market economy in twenty-first Century, the Rewardamong enterprises become more intense, the enterprise only has the excellent humanresources to remain invincible in the fierce Reward. However, the best human resourceneeds of scientific human resource management, so enterprises at the same time, in thepursuit of profit maximization should be people-oriented, in order to prevent the loss ofexcellent employees. As everyone knows, the salary management is the core content ofhuman resource management, salary management, reasonable and effective can effectivelystimulate staff’s work enthusiasm, attract and retain the best talent, so as to ensurethe realization of the goal of enterprise, promote the development of enterprises. Butthe modern enterprise salary management still exist many problems, is the weak linkin human resource management in modern enterprises. The majority of enterprises still usethe traditional management of the salary, salary structure unreasonable, salaryproblems seriously restrict the development of enterprises. Design of compensationsystem is the prerequisite for the establishment of an effective pay management system animportant part, has the important guiding sense and the practical significance of the designand development of a scientific and reasonable salary system of modern enterprise.In this paper, GM hotel as the research object, the use of human capitaltheory, incentive theory, by means of interview and questionnaire, investigationand data analysis through the compensation structure on the GM hotel staff, find theproblems and their causes in the hotel salary system, combined with the factors affectingthe internal and external environment of the GM hotel in-salary on the basis of theoriginal structure, re design and puts forward the concrete scheme and design of the hotelremuneration structure of compensation system in GM hotel.Specifically, this paper includesthe following several parts: First of all, the basic theories this study related to are reviewed,thus laid a theoretical foundation for the research and recommendations; Then declares theinvestigation of present situation of Shenyang GM hotel staff compensation structure andanalyzed the problems with it; The third part, based on the actual situation, therecommendations on the redesign of compensation structure of Shenyang GM Hotel arecame up with; Finally, in order to guarantee the implementation of the new compensation structure, some actions and supporting measures are suggested.This paper relates to the whole process of designing the compensation structure, usingscientific methods of theoretical analysis and data analysis, hope that through caseanalysis, provides certain reference for other domestic hotel construction and managementof the Reward system.
