With the globalization in economic development, the market competitions become more and more intense. As a state-owned corporation, there is a severe challenge towards the Tianjin Sinta Hotel. This hotel has fully recognized the importance of the human resource value, and has exalted the human resource management, especially the salary management, to strategy height that concerns to the development of the corporation. To Tianjin Sinta Hotel, how to design a salary management system, which is corresponding to science and reality of the corporation and satisfy the global development requirement, is a totally new and great subject.This article analyses the actuality and the problems of Tianjin Sinta Hotel under the relevant theories of salary management, explains the necessity of implementing salary management, puts forward the conception of using broad band salary system to carry on salary management, at last puts forward some suggestions aimed at how to carry on salary management.
