In today's increasingly fierce market competition,the competition between enterprises is essentially the competition of talents.Whether to attract and retain talents is the key to win the competitive advantage.The scientific and reasonable salary system can not only meet the fairness and external incentive of the employees in the enterprise,improve the salary distribution management greatly,mobilize the enthusiasm of the employees greatly,but also promote the enterprise to achieve its strategic development goals and achieve long-term and stable development.Therefore,it has a strong practical significance to explore the compensation design of enterprises.Based on the above research background,this paper selects Nantong Xintai Packaging Color Printing Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as Xintai company)as the research object.On the basis of combing the relevant concepts and theories,firstly,according to the company's personnel structure and position,it analyzes the current situation of the company's employees' salary structure through field research.Secondly,through questionnaire survey,interview and other in-depth understanding of employees' evaluation of the existing salary,and through data analysis,pointed out the problems in the company's salary structure,combined with internal and external factors to explore the reasons.Thirdly,from the overall thinking,principles and objectives of the optimization of employee compensation structure,this paper establishes the compensation structure model of the company,and puts forward the optimization design scheme of the employee compensation structure of Xintai company.Finally,in the implementation and guarantee of employee compensation structure optimization,specific measures are put forward to ensure the implementation of the program.
