Real estate is a booming industry in our country, after more10years of development,already has an important position in China’s economic development. Real estate projectmanagement for real estate development enterprises is essential, cost management in projectdevelopment and management is the center of development and enterprise projectmanagement.Using modern project management and cost control of real estate-related theory,combined with the proceeds of activities they have engaged in the practice of real estateproject management experience from project, project, project management, projectmanagement, real estate development and management of whole process cost managementprograms, on specific projects in the cost management of the appropriate managementstrategies discusses. By analyzing cost management of specific items, the paper points outthe common problems that appear deviation and omission.
