In the21st century, the pace of the economic globalization has accelerated noticeably. To adapt to the foreign investment competition and to be in consistent with the national strategy ’going out’, more and more domestic SMEs are looking to getting into the international market and expand their living spaces. The lack of understanding the international market, coupled with the limitations of enterprises’ own resources and business models, withdraw the internationalization process of the SMEs. According to their own characteristics, how the SMEs take the best of the lessons of their counterparts, take advantage of the internationalization theories in the literature, design a management mode to meet their own situations, and then effectively conduct the transnational business, has become extremely a subject of concern for entrepreneurs and managers of the SMEs.With China’s access to the WTO, the corporation Zhejiang SH attaches great importance to its ’going out’ research and is planning an internationalization strategy for itself. At the beginning of this century, SH established the first group of overseas branches to initiate the international exploration and practice in the overseas market. However, there are many problems in the process of the transnational business for SH to study and solve. Based on this, this paper conducts a research on the internationalization practice of SH, which is taken as a basis for the appropriate measures to improve the international exploration of SH.In this paper, the research methods, such as the combination of theoretical research and practical application, qualitative analysis, questionnaires and the others are introduced. Firstly, we conduct a literature review. Next, through an analysis of the status quo of SH and its overseas branches, including the establishment of overseas branches background, overseas market characteristics, combined with the results of the questionnaire, We analyze the existing problems of the overseas branches of the company. Then, we try to design the solutions to the above problems, mainly from the work content and the management requirements of the overseas branches to carry on a system planning for the management mode of the overseas branches. At the end, we suggest to run the overseas branches by way of the projectization operation, and on this basis, put forward corresponding improvement measures and a guarantee mechanism.
