Online retail is an emerging popular shopping platform, very strong developing in China,With the rapidly growth of B2C network shopping transactions and user scale, B2C shoppingwebsites as emerging shopping platform have been the academic and business circles, B2Cfactors and the pattern of distribution business to become an important factor influencing thedevelopment of the virtual market. Therefore, studying the distribution of B2C online retailerand its influencing factors are important things.2011online shopping market of B2C transactions amounted to180.3billion yuan shareof23.5%, compared to2010increased by9.9percentage points, the B2C transactions is thecore of the future development. B2C retailers selling goods tends to be diversified, such ascosmetics, clothes, shoes, bags, digital home appliance products and so on. In2011thenetwork shopping market, clothing shoes, bags (clothing) accounted for26.7%,3C homeappliances accounted for more than18.1%, while the other category accounted for more thanhalf, the future development prospects of wide. The B2C provides online bank, remittances,Alipay, COD and other means of payment.Chinese B2C online retailer distribution factors, elected the urban GDP, per capita GDP,the total urban population, urban population, population density, retail sales of socialconsumer goods, and limit wholesale and retail trade total several data conditions for thedevelopment of online retail cities above analysis, the analysis of the main factors affectingthe distribution of B2C retailers. The data are from the2011Statistical Yearbook of the citiesand operating with spss16.0.B2C electronic business research shows that of the30distribution factors, geographicprocesses, and geographic factors are still the focus on the development of the online retaillevel. First of all, similar to technological innovation e-commerce mode, the online retailer’sdistribution in China still follow the hierarchical path, relying on the bigger cities providegoods and services to smaller cities; by the high level of consumer region to provide goodsand services to the low level of consumer areas. Second, the size of the informationinfrastructure, logistics and distribution, the degree of perfection of the means of payment, aswell as social consumer goods total retail sales, which determines the level of development ofthe online retail industry in the region, and these conditions depends on the level of economicdevelopment. Therefore, the economic differences between cities or regions determine thedistribution of electronic commerce. Again, at the macro level, indicating that the distributionof online retail enterprises with traditional retail businesses the difference is not very obvious.However, different organizational forms of e-commerce and business practice may show a different pattern of geographic, in the inner city or more micro level, the e-commerce mayimpact on traditional retail space would be more notable.
