Study On The Human Resource Of Leisure Agriculture Development In Fujian

According to the aims of the12thFive Year Plan regarding Fujian’sleisure agriculture, Fujian province is making an effort to create a “StraightsTravel” brand. The prospects for leisure agriculture are great, and in thefuture the development trend of Fujian’s leisure agriculture is movingtowards brand management, the internationalization of marketing,standardization of management, characterization development, and thedevelopment of income diversification. However, in the development ofleisure agriculture dedicated human resources are particularly important.The basic aim of using human resources in Fujian’s leisure agriculture is toimprove the professional attainments of the workers taking part in leisureagriculture, and to serve the development of leisure agriculture and thedevelopment of the countryside economy. The focus is on establishingstandards for the professionalization of talented leisure agriculture personnel.The core of it is to improve educational training for talented leisureagriculture personnel.This article uses research on the current situation and trends in leisureagriculture development, the current situation of workers engaged in leisureagriculture, and integrates research from interviews at leisure businesspremises to summarize the four types of talent development needed tofurther develop leisure agriculture: dedicated tech professionals,management professionals, marketing and service professionals, and toprobe the significance of the exploitation of human resources in thedevelopment of Fujian’s leisure agriculture. The importance of training andeducation for talented leisure agriculture personnel is illustrated throughcase studies, and a proposal is set forth for the way to deal with theprofessionalization of talented Fujian leisure agriculture personnel.
