Pay system each enterprise development are important issues that must be encountered, because of its relationship to the "human" factors, and "people" is the most important element of the development of enterprises. Therefore, the study of the pay system, and management innovative design, has a good practical significance for China’s software outsourcing enterprises, as well as all types of organizations at all levels. I combine WS pay system practice, research and discussion on this issue, and draw the appropriate conclusions, and hope to produce good efficiency and effectiveness in the practical application.This article focuses on the use of case studies, literature analysis, the research status of the pay system is examined and analyzed from the three levels of modern compensation theory, including the human capital theory, theory of pay for performance, sharing of economic theory, the knowledge capital theory, etc.; modern employees incentive theory, hierarchy of needs, the two-factor theory, equity theory, ERG theory; the modern pay model, including high flexibility, high stability, comprehensive pay mode has laid a good foundation for the below research.Survey and questionnaire interviews, WS company pay system unpleasantness obvious traces of the "rule of man", the more casual of the early stages of its establishment, this may be a more applicable, but when the WS development of the company to the author of the WS company pay system status quo after a certain stage, must be institutionalized design to establish the real scientific remuneration system.I combine WS actual salary system, the use of the theory of modern compensation and employee performance theory, with the help of modern pay system design methods, design WS specific remuneration application system, has a certain practical significance. Which fixed wages and pay for performance design methods, is close to the WS Company’s actual features and innovative.Given the software outsourcing company WS finally proposed to develop a reasonable remuneration development strategy, employees rank and development channel, the implementation of broadband pay, improve the rating of workers, and measures to strengthen such as remuneration cultural construction, is the management of WS in the pay system innovation, perhaps not comprehensive, but it is the reality required in the current software outsourcing enterprises, we want to be able to promote the use of modern pay system, to further promote China’s software outsourcing enterprises and organizations at all levels of scientific development.
