With the development of economy,the improvement of times,competition in securities industry is increasingly fierce,especially struggles for high-quality talents,which are getting more white-hot.At present,the brokerage still occupies a large proportion of securities the business of the securities company,The brokerage cannot develop without the efforts of the first-line marketing staffs.Employees hardworking extent has become the key factor restricting the development of securities companies.The first-line marketing staffs in each big securities company are responsible for customer development and maintenance,which,in the present market,are one of the core business of securities traders.Therefore,making reasonable scientific incentive system to further mobilize the enthusiasm of employees becomes the key problem which need to be solved resolved by securities companies.Facing severe market competition,how to make full use of company resources and seek development in the fierce competition for talents are all based on scientific incentive system.As a result,it is of great significance to study the incentive system of first-line marketing staffs.This article used the theory of incentive system as a tool,based on personal interviews and institutional research,to deeply understand the current incentive system of the marketing staff in D Securities.It analyses current situation and discussed the existing problems of incentive system in various aspects.It also studied and improved the existing system,and put forward the corresponding solutions according to the basic principles of incentive system.Firstly this article explained the concepts principles theories and the principle of domestic and foreign relevant incentive theory.And,it analyzed the current incentive status of the marketing staff in D Securities.Secondly,it focused on digging the existing problems of the marketing staff incentive system in D Securities,and analyzed the causes.The main problems are single performance indicators,lack of dynamic change,weak marketing staff training system,poor timeliness of salary incentive,single incentive method,etc.Finally,aiming to solve the existing problems,it put forward improvement measures for the incentive system of the marketing staff in D Securities,including establishing scientific assessment and incentive system,improving the training system,establishing welfare system,et.
