The Reconstruction Of Investment Proj Ect Evaluation System Of Xingxiang Company’s High-tech Industrial

In view of the shortage of the current investment projects evaluation system of Xingxiang company,the author of this paper combined the advanced system and methods which are used well at home and abroad with Xingxiang company investment principles, and then reconstruct the project evaluation index system including investment valuation and investment risk evaluation. Investment valuation series include8categories,25specific indicators:industry conditions, market prospects, products and technologies, business models, business founders, investment conditions, the financial benefits and environmental and social benefits of investment value evaluation. And investment risk evaluation series include5categories and10specific indicators:policy risk, market risk, financial risk, operational risk, technology risk. Determining the index weight with Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), scoring the index with expert scoring method, calculating with the weighted average method, all these methods are carried on the evaluation method.In the evaluation process, on the basis of the evaluation of previous work, we firstly evaluate on investment value,then investment risk, finally comprehensive evaluation and issue the evaluation results, which are called step-by-step evaluation method. So evaluating the investment value and risk evaluation with step by step method, analyzing combined with S company’s investment case, then we will find and develop investment projects evaluation system suited for Xingxiang company. Having this new evaluation system, Xingxiang company can control investment from the source, and improve the success rate of the investment projects, finally can get long-term survival and development.
