Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) play an important role in our national economy. But all along, the small and medium-sized and micro enterprises owners ignore the importance of the company’s development strategy. More importantly, theoretical research and practice have proved that enterprise which is lack of long-term development strategic planning and direction never grow up and die quickly. SMEs are facing more intense competition in the market. How to adapt to the increasingly fierce competitive environment, and give full play to the advantages and core competitiveness of small and micro enterprises and enterprise, and promote enterprises bigger and stronger, which has become an urgent problems of SMEs, and which are inseparable from the effective strategic management.Compared with traditional industry, SMEs of electronic technology industry exist the characteristics of high-growth and high risks. Changsha Sheng Hang information technology company’s main business includes computer hardware and software development, systems integration, information network technology services, and wireless power equipment R&D and manufacturing. Currently, the company is facing challenges to grow and develop in the traditional OA markets and emerging wireless power equipment market. In traditional areas, large enterprises taking advantage of the brand scale erode the market share makes the company worried about the future of in emerging markets, technical barriers and lack of experience in the industry as the key to affect the success of business transformation. In this paper, under the guide of company’s strategic management theory, integrated use of PEST analysis model, tools such as Porter’s five forces competitive model and SWOT analysis model, analyzed and discussed the development status and existing problems of Sheng Hang Information Technology Co., Ltd., discussed the company’s traditional business market and competitive environment in the emerging markets, combined with the actual situation of the company, develop the business development strategy including three main competitive strategy, brand management, strategy and marketing strategy, and specific implementation steps in the end.
