The new generation of migrant workers is an important part of the national labor supply, and plays an irreplaceable role in the country’s economic development as well as construction. But a lot of evidences proved that, although the new generation of migrant workers has been identified by the highest authority, but they still being unfairly treated in many labor rights, like equal employment, choice of employment and to obtain reasonable remuneration. Compared with the traditional migrant workers, the new generation of migrant workers have undergone some significant changes in motivations of traveling to work, the demand for labor rights, the recognition of the role of career, career development expectations. The existed objective obstacles and changes of the concept of employment that result in frequent flow of the new generation of migrant workers in various enterprises, and the employment instability brought trouble to many enterprises. The new generation of migrant workers, as a special group, how to position in the enterprise, and how to develop the system to better integrate into the enterprise is the major problem. It doesn’t only affect the socio-economic development of our country, but also the construction of a harmonious society and even the stability of the political situation.In recent years, more and more scholars began to focus on the new generation of migrant workers flow problem, the study focused on the impact of factors that affect the generation of migrant workers flow, and made a series of achievements, but most research has focused on the research freshmen from a macro perspective generation of migrant workers flow between urban and rural areas, from the micro-level, the literature about flow of new generation of migrant workers is less, especially the literature of labor mobility from the point of view of the enterprise system even fewer.Therefore, this paper use the generation of migrant workers as the research object, theoretically study the mechanism of unequal pay for equal work on the new generation of migrant workers flow and sample data acquired through questionnaires. The following are conclusions. First, This paper main research the phenomenon of unequal pay for equal work inside business enterprise and between the enterprises, and every phenomenon of unequal pay for equal work all performance as the reward differences between the new generation of migrant workers and other employees. Second,unequal pay for equal work inside business enterprises will make the new generation of migrant workers to produce flow intentions, but not certain choose to flow. Further analysis of the influence to the flow intention by the unequal pay for equal work between the business enterprises, shows that when their own company’s unequal pay for equal work is more serious than other companies, the flow of the new generation migrant work will strengthen their flow intention. They will make decision after think about the employment environment and current cost on the flow. Eventually, using SPSS17.0software and binary logistic regression model analysis, verified the influences to the new generation migrant work’s flow intention by the unequal pay for equal work between the business enterprises. According to this study, we put forward some related suggestions to stabilize the new generation migrant work’s employment from the perspective of unequal pay for equal work.
