With the development of economic globalization, the competition between enterprises has increasingly intensified and the division of the labor market has been increasingly sophisticated. The traditional labor relations have been unable to meet the requirements of enterprise’s flexible work, the form of labor dispatch produced under this background. The labor dispatch changed traditional relation between labors and employers into it among labors, employers and labor dispatch enterprises. The salary disputes problems of labor dispatch employees were more and more, many experts and scholars debated the topic. In this paper, the real condition of employer and work state of dispatch employee were further understood from labor dispatch company’s viewpoint. Thus the author found the problem, analyzed and researched it, made the service level of labor dispatch more professional and considerate.Labor dispatch infiltrated through every industry business, mainly large state-owned enterprises except some production-oriented enterprise from the recruitment scale. According to the experience of labor dispatch service, even if salary and welfare were relatively high in large state-owned enterprises, staff was very unstable. In this paper, the author studied the problems of large state-owned enterprises’(Z company’s) labor dispatch,such as " separation rate was high, the work enthusiasm was not high, individuals didn’t satisfy that they got different pay for equal work, promotion channels", the customer’s complaints rate were high when Z company provided service.The research goal of the paper was to solve the problem of labor dispatch by the Z company.This paper detailed the Z company’s labor dispatch employment background, recruitment process, combed cooperation process between Z company and labor dispatch company and the preliminary effects and the efforts made by labor dispatch company according to Z company’s labor dispatch employment problems. This paper used the reference method, questionnaire investigation method, visiting survey method.From the perspective of labor dispatch company, the author deeply researched and analyzed the problem, put forward to build the Z company internal environment to reduce the separation rate and strengthen excitation mechanism and improve the work enthusiasm of labor dispatch group. Through helping Z company design compensation system optimization and widen the channel of the promotion, labor dispatch staffs sense of honor and belonging were enhanced, eventually Z company’s labor dispatch staff management was optimized.Through the study of this paper, we can more clearly know how labor dispatch company should balance the relationship among The three parties and achieve the goal of "tripartite win-win", further improve labor dispatch staff’s level of human resources management, establish and develop harmonious labor dispatch relationship.
