Channel Mode Of Hunan Telecom Mobile Terminals Based On Supply Chain Management Research

China Telecom, as a traditional fixed-line operator, is facing the tremendous pressure of rapid expansion of mobile services share. How to break through siege and promote competition ability in the CDMA terminal market become the important research in Chinese Telecom.At present, the domestic and foreign enterprise distribution channels are more concentrated in a single enterprise or channel internal management issues, few distribution channels on the environment of the entire enterprise supply chain analysis. Compared with the traditional distribution channel management, distribution channels based on supply chain management more emphasis on cooperation between enterprises and channel members, channel members. In this paper, the distribution channels is an important part of the supply chain, it promote good circulation through communication between Logistics, capital flow and information flow, and achieve the efficient operation through performing the three functions of communication between logistics, capital flow and information flow.China Telecom, as the leading enterprises of the CDMA supply chain, is necessary to integrate the supply chain of manufacturers, but also to rationalize the supply chain downstream distribution and circulation,and it charge with the important task of revitalization and prosperity of the entire CDMA industry. The thesis takes Hunan Telecom as a example, introduces the supply chain management strategy, researches the distribution channel in China Telecom CDMA industry chain environment, integrates the entire supply chain strategy from a telecom operator perspective, applicates distribution channels management based on supply chain, builds the B2B e-commerce network management platform of supply chain,the small area center of direct supply and supporting service system. Through the above measures Hunan Telecom channel management on C-network phone terminal will upgrade a new level, thus will enhance the overall competitiveness of the supply chain.
