| With the advance of the 2025 planning of industrial manufacturing,the development of industrial Internet technology and the empowerment of ICT technology to traditional manufacturing industries,small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises will usher in a new development opportunity.Special equipment manufacturing industry,as an important and relatively small niche industry in the industrial field,has many characteristics such as high customization,small batch,variety and discrete manufacturing.Starting from the practical difficulties faced by the A Equipment Manufacturing Company,this paper analyzes the situation of the A Equipment Manufacturing Company and its competitors and the results of the questionnaire survey,and constructs a supply chain platform to reduce the management costs,improve efficiency and increase profits of special equipment manufacturing enterprises.The construction of supply chain platform is based on the guidance of coopetition theory and platform strategy,and takes joint procurement and joint after-sales service as the strategy.This paper collated and analyzed small and medium-sized enterprises based on coopetition theory to build small and medium sized special equipment manufacturing enterprises alliance,and the alliance as a carrier to reduce procurement costs and risks through joint procurement,improve procurement efficiency,optimize the supply chain structure theory.Based on the theory that e-commerce platform can reduce costs,this paper combs the construction and governance of supply chain platform.The three companies face the same predicament,share common pain points and meet the requirements of coopetition theory.Although there is a certain degree of competition,the cooperation of the three companies is possible to get rid of the current enterprise dilemma.In depth analysis of the A Equipment Manufacturing Company,Beijing Hang Feng Ke Wei Equipment Technology Co.,Ltd and Wuxi HNA electro-hydraulic servo system Co.,Ltd.According to the analysis results of the three companies and the characteristics of project management widely used in the aviation ground support equipment manufacturing industry,this paper designs a questionnaire with quality,speed and cost as the primary indicators,and carries out interviews and questionnaire surveys among customers,competitors and suppliers.The results of interviews and questionnaires provide the foundation for the construction of the supply chain platform.Joint procurement and joint after-sales service are the key components of supply chain platform services,and also an important link for cooperation among competitors.Customers,competitors and suppliers form a stable and reliable supply chain through coopetition,and form a supply chain platform through the network effect between the three parties.This paper explores the governance and challenges of the platform in realizing the personalized customization,networked collaboration,intelligent production and service transformation of aviation support equipment industry.The supply chain platform construction strategy studied in this paper provides some reference for personalized customization and industrial Internet technology enabled small and medium-sized enterprises. |
