With the rapid development of Internet technology,the platform based on "Internet +" has effectively promoted the transformation,upgrading and integration of many industries including the logistics industry.Especially in the fields of e-commerce,fresh cold chain,etc.,various logistics platforms and supply chain management platforms focusing on resource sharing and integrated management emerged as the times require,and a supply chain system with platform as the core was gradually formed.In this context,how to play the platform's integrated scheduling role is particularly important.Therefore,the thesis takes the platform-based supply chain as the research object,and considers the platform-based joint optimization of inventory and distribution and its integrated management service pricing decision.The paper defines the concept,basic structure and components of the platform-based supply chain,and expounds that the platform-based supply chain management model is based on the core idea of resource integration and integration and coordinated management.The platform is analyzed from the perspective of horizontal and vertical two-dimensional coordination.The supply chain cooperates with the operational process,and expounds its operational mechanism from the aspects of trust mechanism,partnership and incentive and constraint mechanism.Based on the platform's integrated and coordinated management function,for the three-level supply chain consisting of multiple suppliers,multiple distribution centers and multiple customers,considering the factors of multi-product,multi-cycle and uncertain demand,the three-level supply chain inventory and distribution is constructed.The mathematical model of joint decision optimization is designed and a heuristic algorithm based on improved ant colony algorithm is designed to solve the problem.The algorithm divides the original model into two sub-models: inventory optimization and distribution optimization.The approximate optimal solution of the original problem is obtained by solving each sub-model.The validity of the model and algorithm is further verified by the example analysis.The results show that through the integration and coordination of the platform,there are the best regular ordering strategies and optimal distribution paths that minimize the supply chain operating costs.Based on the joint decision-making optimization of inventory and distribution,this paper further studies the pricing decision-making problem of integrated management service for two competitive supply chain service platforms for platform self-operated inventory and distribution business and outsourcing inventory and distribution business..For the situation of platform self-operated inventory and distribution business,the two-stage non-cooperative game pricing of supply chain service platform and supplier is firstly carried out,and then the two competitive supply chain service platforms provide price discounts for incomplete information static game analysis.In view of the situation of platform outsourcing inventory and distribution business,with the goal of maximizing platform scale and maximizing profit,the supplier conducts static pricing decision research,conducts dynamic pricing decision research on contractors,and obtains two scenarios under two situations.The optimal pricing strategy and the analysis of the example verify the feasibility of the pricing strategy and the effectiveness of the model.
