With the development of science and technology, especially computer technology, network technology, multimedia technology, sensor technology, control technology and smart technology, mankind has entered the information age. The logo of the information age is the establishment of global Internet, which has connected every part of the world, and then the concept of "Digital Earth","Digital City" and "Digital Community" has been proposed in succession.Life in the21st century has been described like this:according to the information sent by connected family unit, the City Information Center distributes the food, fresh water, clothes directly from various unmanned factories to each family. Highly automated production has been able to meet all the basic material needs."Through analyzing and summarizing of related domestic and foreign studies, combined with current Digital Community marketing rules and features, the PSET analysis method, Porter’s five forces model analysis, and SWOT analysis are innovatively applied into the study and comparative analysis of Siyuan Digital Community in this article, which has revealed Digital Community marketing development features.The article mainly studies Marketing Management of Siyuan Digitized Community. Firstly, it mainly analyzes the research background, significance, and domestic and foreign research status, and describes the digital community marketing theoretically, including Digital Community concept, features, related theory of marketing strategies and marketing channel. Then, Current marketing condition and existing problems of Siyuan Digital Community are analyzed from lagging and unreasonable priced product and related supporting facilities, insufficient sales ability in sales channels, lacking creativity in marketing strategy, incomplete public relation system, and underused government policies. Finally, optimization countermeasures and technical support for Siyuan Digital Community marketing strategy is proposed in terms of the optimization of product, product pricing, sales strategy, product promotion measures, and public relation activities, and governmental policies support.
