With the development of economic globalization, the market economy has progressively perfected, tobacco enterprises are getting in a good development opportunity, but it also exposed their short plates. In the sight of the tobacco enterprises to explore the international market, the unicity of talents make many Chinese tobacco enterprises can’t meet the "going out" to realize the requirements of international development of transnational operation. In recent years, tobacco enterprises have introduced a large number of young outstanding talents from the society, the collision between the old and new ideas, the alternation between the senior staff and new members, the harmonious development of the enterprises atmosphere and how to realize the sound and rapid development of the economic are main problems for the managers to solve at the present.Based on the research in Zhutian municipal tobacco company, the author uses the methods of literature analysis, field interview and investigation. Starting from the definition of the employees’satisfaction, characteristics and contents, this paper expounds the utilities to the enterprise organization and individual to improve the employee satisfaction at the basis of the formal research theory about the employees’satisfaction management. And finally, the author investigate and study the satisfaction of municipal tobacco employees in Zhutian from the sides of the satisfaction of the work itself, job rewards, work-background, interpersonal relationship and the entirely enterprise. Combined with my many years’experience of tobacco management, the author analysis the present situation of employee satisfaction in Zhutian, determined the main factors and existing problems which have affected the employee satisfaction and then put forward some improving countermeasures to promote employee satisfaction.
