With the acceleration of global economic integration process, our state pays more attentionto the importance of science and technology into productivity. In recent years, the researches oninnovation and entrepreneurship are becoming a hot topic. In the21st century, it’s a significanttrend towards using the Internet to engage in commercial activity. With the rapid developmentand high popularity of the Internet, more and more young people will choose to take advantageof Internet to establish a business. The enterprises founded by Pony Ma, Robin Li, WilliamDing and Jack Ma, who are the elites of Chinese Internet industry, have entered the rankings ofthe China top500enterprise. The researches on their entrepreneurial models can deepenpeople’s understanding of the entrepreneurship significance, foster enterprise culture, improvethe entrepreneurship environment, supplement richly the theory related to entrepreneurshipeducation and help to promote economic growth and solve the employment problem of theyouth.This paper firstly presents the meaning of the selected topic, current research status homeand abroad and research methods&innovations. Then, based on the basic theory ofentrepreneurship and the Internet entrepreneurship and the development process andparticularity of Chinese Internet enterprises, the paper deeply analyzes life experiences andentrepreneurial models of Pony Ma, Robin Li, William Ding and Jack Ma, who are the elites ofChinese Internet industry, and study the similarities and differences between theirentrepreneurship models. Finally, the paper summarizes the enlightenment of entrepreneurialsuccess of the Chinese Internet industry elite.
