In recent years, the researches oninnovation and entrepreneurship are becoming a hot topic. In the21st century, it’s a significanttrend towards using the Internet to engage in commercial activity. With the rapid developmentand high popularity of the Internet, more and more young people will choose to take advantageof Internet to establish a business. The enterprises founded by Pony Ma, Robin Li, WilliamDing and Jack Ma, who are the elites of Chinese Internet industry, have entered the rankings ofthe China top500enterprise. The researches on their entrepreneurial models can deepenpeople’s understanding of the entrepreneurship significance, foster enterprise culture, improvethe entrepreneurship environment, supplement richly the theory related to entrepreneurshipeducation and help to promote economic growth and solve the employment problem of theyouth.This paper firstly presents the meaning of the selected topic, current research status homeand abroad and research methods&innovations.
