Entrepreneurship Development And Support Of Peasants In The Era Of “Internet+”

Research shows that:(1) The influence of "Internet +" for Panyu district farmers is improving transaction efficiency and expand the market and it helps to improve the scale of their business starting, and promoted the farmers business cooperation;(2) the Internet is the integration of resources to reduce costs and improve the efficiency of production, sales and service tools. And the essence of "Internet +" is the promotion of the competitiveness of the enterprise and make the traditional industry to create more value;(3) there are so many "Internet +" startups face serious problems like homogeneity, intense market competition,and spread but not to create;(4) the farmers' entrepreneurship have the comparative advantage of agricultural human capital, but the lack of non-agricultural human capital advantage, and is unfamiliar with Internet, also lack of social capital. So it form the characteristics of small, low cost and agriculture-related;(5) under the "Internet +" action,entrepreneurial farmers of Panyu district face a major problem with funds lack oftechnology, low risk tolerance, low human resources capital constraints.Under the background of "Internet+", in order to promote farmers' entrepreneurship, it need:(1) the nesting ultra-competitive, improve entrepreneurship environment. To strengthen the construction of hardware platform, improve the farmers' supply, road,pipeline network, broadband and other facilities, increase farmer logistics transportation(2)reduction program, provide the green channel. For the government to stimulate peasants entrepreneurial drive from administrative convenience, speed up the farmers' entrepreneurship approval process simplified, strengthen the financial support, such as simplified together with process, for entrepreneurial farmers to reduce the threshold, open a green channel, for farmers to network entrepreneurship;(3) adjust measures to local conditions, make the local brand. Guide farmers to establish modern enterprise system,quicken the steps of peasant household business enterprise management, and enhance the enthusiasm of farmers' entrepreneurship.
