Study On The Development And Countermeasure Of The Fresh Agricultural Products’ Logistics In Hefei

Anhui is a major agricultural province and agriculture is the foundation of its economic development.The development of agriculture needs the support of logistics. As the capital city of Anhui,Hefei, has a superior geographical position, and the logistics industry has developed rapidly in recent years. But the development of fresh agricultural products logistics is slow relatively. Fresh agricultural products logistics refers to the whole activities of the fresh agricultural products from producer to consumer, including picking, processing, packaging, purchasing, transportation, loading and unloading, storage, distribution, information activities and so on. And this process must make the fresh agricultural products value-added. However,in agricultural development, the logistics main body influenced by the idea of attaching importance to production and making light of circulation,don’t pay attention to the fresh agricultural products logistics,which leads logistics infrastructure backwardness, low information level, high attrition rate, high cost, low efficiency and other logistics problems.The lagging logistics industry restricts the development of agricultural economy in Hefei and suburban areas and hinders the farmers’ income. Therefore, studying Hefei fresh agricultural products logistics has practical significances of promoting agricultural economic development, increasing farmers’ income and reducing the loss of fresh agricultural products.This paper mainly research on the following aspects:(1)The summary of fresh agricultural products logistics. Define the scope of fresh farm products and fresh agricultural products logistics concept. Fresh agricultural products are fresh,perishable and have seasonal, regional characteristics which led a huge and uncertainty demand of fresh agricultural products logistics and requires high technology in logistics Then this paper introduces the present situation of fresh agricultural products logistics development at home and abroad, and puts forward the necessity of the development of fresh agricultural products logistics. The development of fresh agricultural products logistics will increase farmers’ income, meet the increasing consumer demand, promote the development of agricultural economy and increase of fresh farm products export.(2)Introduce the present situation of fresh agricultural products logistics in Hefei.Both production and consumption of fresh agricultural products produce great demand of logistics. But the logistics main body are not well organized and don’t understand the importance of fresh agricultural products logistics enough.The establishment of logistics infrastructure is not enough, and a serious shortage of total logistics enterprises, the overall development level is low, the economic benefit is not ideal, the model of fresh agricultural products logistics development mainly dominated by wholesale market,which lead lots of circulation and big loss.(3)Analyze the problems existing in the development of fresh agricultural products logistics in Hefei. Logistics management system is not standard, the strength of overall logistics industry is weak, the industrial concentration is low, infrastructure and infrastructure are backward, the capacity of fresh agricultural products sales, packaging, transport and storage has problems, lack of professional and technical personnels, fresh agricultural products logistics information construction is lag.(4) Making a SWOT analysis of fresh agricultural products logistics in Hefei. Hefei has a superior location, the transportation is convenient, abundant human resources and natural resources. But the ideology of logistics main body is relatively backward, low development degree of logistics market, the low construction degree of logistics information, the lack of logistics personnel and other disadvantages. Even so, accelerating infrastructure construction, the government’s policy support, the rise of central China provide a good opportunity for logistics development. The increasingly demanding on the quality of the logistics development and the competition of the surrounding city of logistics of fresh agricultural products give us certain threat.(5) Put forward the development countermeasures of fresh agricultural products logistics in Hefei. Aiming at the problems of fresh agricultural products logistics in Hefei, combing with the swot analysis of fresh farm products logistics,I put forward some countermeasures and suggestions:speed up the cultivation of logistics main body, improve the circulation organization level, strengthen the construction of infrastructure of fresh agricultural products, promote circulation modernization level, promote the direction connection of the production and market, reduce circulation, accelerate information construction of the fresh agricultural products logistics, foster professional and technical logistics personnel, develop the cold chain logistics market of fresh agricultural products, strength the government’s policy support and regulation, encourage fresh agricultural product electronic commerce development, and improve the level of fresh agricultural products logistics process.
