The insurance industry as one of the three pillars of the financial sector, contribution to the economy is not in doubt. Occupy66%of the income of the insurance industry life insurance is also playing an increasingly important role, and personal marketing channel is an important sales channel for life insurance, life insurance company premiums one of the sources is to sell through the agency channels.Marketing of individual life insurance in China’s development time is only20years, the development speed very quickly, in a time of rapid growth also appeared in a number of problems.In this paper, the life insurance market situation and questioned current situation of Z Life Insurance Company’s agents management, combined with foreign mature experience, the new assessment program designed for marketers. Better management of agents for the life insurance companies to provide some reference. Through this research I get the following conclusions:Z Life Insurance Company, looking for factors that affect the management of agents, the key factor, the agents assessment of the design optimization program:additional staff system, fixed behavior evaluation and strict appraisal system and the establishment of safeguards assessment mechanism.
