The Sdudy On Equipments Mangement Of Beilun Ore Port Company

Equipment management is an important part of business management. Beilun Ore Port Company is a port enterprise reformed from a state-owned enterprise. In the historical background of state-owned enterprises, although it has had great advancement in the management level recently, some unreasonable aspects in equipment management also need improving incessantly to enhance management efficiency. Because the updating and scrap of large equipments of Beilun Ore Port Company is decided by Ningbo Port Group, this paper chooses equipment mid-term management as the object of research, with spot-inspection maintenance as the core method, puts forward some improvement methods and suggestions in accordance with problems in equipment management of the company currently.Chapter one introduces research objectives, significance and establishes a research framework including research thoughts, research methods, research contents and research features. Chapter two presents the development history of domestic and foreign equipment management and development trends of all kinds of management models and equipment management, then introduces the essence, characteristics and some related management theories of spot-inspection maintenance, finally states the port equipment’s characteristics and current management status. Chapter three clarifies the current equipment management status of the company through the analysis of the development history and equipment management division and analyzes the present shortcomings. Chapter four puts forwards the improvement measures for the equipment management of the company in the view of spot-inspection maintenance. This paper suggests that the company should set up Spot-Inspection Maintenance system, which is based on Total Maintenance theory. It also presents the improvement measures based on6s management, staff management and spare part management to ensure safe equipment, smooth production and economical management. Finally, it discusses the direction of future equipment management of the company.
