Study On Equipment Management Mode For Doors Manufacture Enterprises

Expending on the conceptual model of the equipment management mode based on integrated maintenance to characterize the mode. Then the article establishes the overall framework of the mode and discusses the main system of the mode.Moreover, some key methods belong to the equipment management mode based on integrated maintenance are studied in this paper. Such as the methods of the maintenance approach based on the integrated of the TPM and RCM and the methods of the flexible maintenance decision-making.Finally, on basis of the above research and analysis, the paper analyzes the status of equipment management of a doors manufacture enterprise in Chongqing, and applies the equipment management model and those key methods researched above to the enterprise. And then a equipment management system for it is designed, the structure of the system is built. The implementation benefits the enterprise a lot.
