However, since small and medium-sized enterprises accounts for99%同of the total enterprises in China, FDI and development of small and medium enterprises have important theoretical and practical significance. With the development of globalization and the deepening of reform and opening up, China’s small and medium-sized enterprises have begun to explore the international development, making great progress in foreign trade. But in foreign investment, small and medium-sized enterprises of our country still meet many problems. FDI is the important content of the development of economic globalization. While promoting international economic exchanges, FDI has played a great role in the development of economic globalization.Since the reform and opening policy, our country’s small and medium-sized enterprise gained rapid development; it has become one of the most important economic forces for our country market economy. In current situation in the global economic development, SMEs have become the core power of economic development, therefore China enterprises’international development depends mainly on FDI of SMEs of china. Our country small and medium-sized enterprise FDI is still in the initial stage, but in the current economic environment, large-scale implementation of the strategy of going global is the timing choice problems, but it is undeniable that the development potential of FDI of SMEs in China is great. Feasibility analysis on China’s small and medium-sized enterprise foreign direct investment in the basic theory and the development status of the article explains the developing country FDI activities, and practical suggestions on the development of FDI activities is proposed.
