S company is a domestic famous enterprise specialized in engineering machinery, itsmarket capitalization ranks first among the domestic same industry, and tis annual revenue isover RMB80billion yuan. In recent years, S company’s market capacity enjoys an explosivegrowth. Because of the professional manufacturer with assembly production mode is givenpriority, product homogeneity is serious, which leads to increasingly fierce marketcompetition, meanwhile, the market concentration is also increasing. However, because Scompany’s industry customers have high requirements on product quality and customerservice, therefore, customer satisfaction in the competition play a key role.For the accurate understanding of S company’s own customer satisfaction and for theeffective business decisions after comparison of competitors, S company compares customersatisfaction models of SCSB, ACSI, ECSI and CACSI, then selecting CACSI model to carryout a large-scale customer satisfaction surveys and research among its own customer andcompetitor’s customer.S company finds that: the overall satisfaction of its customers aheads of the competitionpartners, the main advantage is reflected in the field of customer service. Therefore, Scompany will continue to enhance customer service field advantage to consolidate theindustry’s leading enterprise competitiveness.
