Research On Management Of Non-performing Assets Of The Bank Of China Liaoning Branch

Bank of China Liaoning Branch is one of the ten key areas. In2010, Bank of China Liaoning Branch achieved remarkable results, and its rate of non-performing assets is below1%.But the financial crisis has not been eliminated, exports continued to slump, the real estate bubble was serious, serious inflation phenomena intensified, and these factors are potential causes of non-performing assets. Therefore, the Bank of China Liaoning Branch should not stay in front of the performance, should strengthen the management of non-performing assets.This paper analyzes the non-performing assets of Bank of China Liaoning Branch, Including assets, credit growth, quality and the pressure of credit asset management in case of financial crisis etc, found that Bank of China Liaoning Branch make achievements in structural adjustment and quality of assets, meanwhile the management of non-performing assets face baptism in the influence of financial crisis. After this, this paper analyzes the causes of non-performing assets and management measures, and use examples to prove the above analysis. Finally paper concluded that by improving the performance appraisal and incentive mechanism, strengthening the balance sheet non-performing assets management and emphasizing on training employees can improve the management of non-performing assets.
