Study On The Problem Of Scientific Development Of Electric Vehicle Industry In China

With the rapid development of world economy, the global energy resources consumption and the environment devastation is surging correspondingly. Then, the limited energy resources and the environmental problems become the bottle-neck of world economy development. Therefore, the worldwide first priority is to deal with the environment and resource crisis, to accomplish the double-win of economic and environmental benefit, to achieve the goal of low-carbon economy and society in2050.As a developing country, China is prospering in economy. However, it is also consuming the world energy resource terribly. The conflict between the economy development and the environment devastation is getting more and more serious. At such background, the electric vehicle industry will become the strategic opportunity for China to accomplish its auto industry scientific leap. It is also of great significance to Chinese sustainable development.Our country starts to research and develop the electric vehicle in the period of the Ninth-Five-Year plan and the Tenth-Five-Year Plan. The core technology is developing as well. Till now, we have been upgrading to bulk practice and industrialization; the electric vehicles have come true from theory and lab. However, there are still many factors that restrict the electric vehicle industrialization. Therefore, one of the main priorities for China is to put forward the scientific strategies for solving the electric vehicle industrialization problems, based on the Chinese actual situation.Electric vehicle development in china has experienced three main basic courses, but it is still at the early stage of industrialization. As the core technology is continuously upgrading, and the necessary system is constantly improving, we will gradually have the ability to industrialize. However, there are still many problems yet, such as, technical bottle-neck, high production cost, charging infrastructure and corresponding core parts supply insufficiency, the standard specification imperfection, the government policy support inadequate, etc. All these are related to customers’ ignorance to electric vehicle, corporations’hesitation to new investment, government encouragement and control insufficiency. Based on the Scientific Development Concept, this article is to analyze the scientific development of electric vehicle industry in China from the several aspects, such as, innovation, coordination and sustainability. Focusing on the main subject, it extensively absorbs the existing theories, to search the new theory point for electric vehicle industry development. Based on the current actual situation in our country, this article will put forward the guiding ideologies and basic principles for electric vehicle industry scientific development in our country, and it will bring forward the ideas for technical innovation, policy driven, overall consideration, and environment friendly development. Finally, this article will put forward the main strategies for China to industrialize the electric vehicle scientifically, such as, how to improve the customers’ awareness, how to break through the technology bottleneck, how to intensify government support, how to improve the corresponding equipment, and how to optimize all the resources.
