The current energy crisis and environmental pollution become a bottleneck forceto promote the development of new energy vehicles. The United States, Japan andEurope already have increased new energy vehicles industry layout. In order to grabmarket opportunities, coupled with our unique resources and environmental pressures,we must develop new energy vehicles industry without further delay. In2012, ourcountry has made it clear that “regarding the Blade-Electric-Vehicle as the mainstrategic orientation of the auto industry restructuring”. As an important classificationof new energy vehicles, the sound development of Blade-Electric-Vehicle is of greatsignificance.In this paper, we studied on Beijing Blade-Electric-Vehicle industry. Firstly, inorder to understand the situation about Beijing Blade-Electric-Vehicle technology, thelimitations of existing assessment methods of technology maturity are analyzed, andbased on the patent data of Beijing, we use Technology Maturity Multi-DimensionalAssessment Model to assess the maturity of this technology quantitatively. We canfind that Beijing Blade-Electric-Vehicle technology is on the fourth Maturity level.Secondly, on the basis of the purpose of modeling and system boundary, BeijingBlade-Electric-Vehicle industry competitiveness system was divided into foursubsystems, which are supportive-competitiveness, technology-competitiveness,market-competitiveness and sustainable-growth-competitiveness, and the availabilityof the model is verified. Then, a simulation analysis of Beijing Blade-Electric-Vehicleindustry competitiveness system was carried out, from which we can understand thetrend of the development of Beijing Blade-Electric-Vehicle industry competitivenessintuitively Finally, based on the above study, in order to put forward suggestions forimproving Beijing Blade-Electric-Vehicle industry competitiveness, the relationshipsbetween industry competitiveness and technology maturity level are analyzed.
