Alongside the development of knowledge economy, the competitions between the companies have changed to the competition of the personnel. The knowledge-oriented employees have become the remuneration and its importance has been increased dramatically. It is the significant issue to raise the working satisfaction degree of knowledge-oriented employees for the enterprises managers.Taken H company as the research sample, this paper designs the thorough survey of working satisfaction degree of knowledge-oriented employees from the angle of complete remuneration. The survey questions is involved in the four satisfaction parts regarding payment, welfare, career development, working environment. And classification of the data have been finished, the horizontal summary and corresponding analysis have been conducted. Then the final comment toward satisfaction level of knowledge-oriented employees is given. At last combined with the actual status of H company, there is a further analysis toward the survey results and the related solutions and suggestions is raised.The employee satisfaction survey for knowledge-oriented personnel is well directed. And as to the low level satisfaction parts the corresponding suggestions are to the point and enlightening for improving the satisfaction level of company employees.
