The paper studies the management problem of knowledge employees objected on Tiandi Auxiliary Co.Ltd. It designs knowledge employees satisfaction degree and requirement questionnaires on the basis of relative theory and personal interviews. It refers to salary, welfare, work, company management, human relationship, environment of the company and professional prospect those six dimensions and 35 survey items. The paper adopts LIkert method to have statistical evaluation for data collected from questionnaire, analyzes the situation of satisfaction degree of knowledge employees in the company and also rethinks and summarizes the problem in the procedure of knowledge employees management. From the view of company, employees are lack of understanding sense of company value and have no high involvement degree and emphasizes more on own self-awareness,therefore their surrounding performance is in shortage. From the view of knowledge employees themselves, the employees are lack of professional safety sense and the company discourages employees in a sense. The paper puts forward to countermeasures and advices aimed at problem analyzed from questionnaires satisfaction and management procedure of knowledge employees. First,company should construct more competitive salary and welfare system and make greater efforts to encourage knowledge employees and do recruiting knowledge employees well and try its best to match people with organization; Second,company should introduce dynamic management mechanism and carry out imitating market management method in company; Third, company should classify knowledge employees and help them to obtain professional success; And last company should seek for the balance of system and human relationship, secure rigid and flexible management of knowledge employees and meanwhile obey the rules of innovative labor to stimulate continuously the employees’ enthusiasm and innovation.
