Since scientiifc design andlayout of the cold storage determines the quality of fresh agri-products, the present researchwill focus on optimization of cold storage layout.Atfer probing the regional distribution of cold storage of fresh agri-products’production and the current situation of cold storage and fresh agricultural products cold chainindustry, the present research analyzes Guangdong fresh agri-products and problems existingin the cold storage regional distribution, and then predicts the future requirements anddevelopment trend of cold storage with the estimated quantities of the fresh agri-products andthe requirements of cold storage models, and tries to provide methods to optimize theagri-products cold storage regional distribution through the math analysis, and then gives thepolicy advice ifnally.The present research provides knowledge about the fresh agricultural products industryin Guangdong province and the development of cold chain industry deeply, which can help tooptimize the cold storage layout of agricultural products and promote the competitiveness ofthe fresh agricultural products and rise farmers1income. And at the same time, it providesreference to other areas in our country.
