Lianyungang Foreign Trade Cold Storage And Cold Chain Logistics Planning Study

Combined several theories as modern logistics theory, modern cold storage and transportation theory, operations theory with a research on Lianyungang foreign trade cold storage, the author offered a strategic method by which it would be transformed from a single cold storage mass logistic service to a modern cold chain-storage logistics, on the basis of predicting the handling capacity in transit of Lianyunang foreign trade cold storage, in order to give guidance to those middle- and small-sized enterport enterprises.This paper first introduce the theory of modern logistics and cold storage,then present the novel cold chain logistics methods based on the Lianyunang foreign trade cold storage. Based on investigation of foreign trade throughput of the Lianyunang foreign trade cold storage,we forecast over the next few years of Lianyungang Foreign Trade cold storage refrigeration cargo throughput according to gray model.we can get the concluditon of the building the size and the deploymwnt of cold storage facilities about Lianyungang Foreign Trade Cold Storage, further pointed out that the modern logistics mode should use third-party logistics and increase transportation, declaration , report inspection and so on.. at last, we get the conclusions of Lianyungang Foreign Trade Development Master Plan of cold-chain logistics. Namely: implementation one change(changing from a single frozen food cold storage features to center on the cold-chain logistics),development two centers(modern cold-chain logistics centers and cold-chain information center), construction four major projects(building modern extrude storage,distribution,infprmation, personnel introduction and training).
