Research On Independent Innovation Capacity Of China’s Large And Medium Industrial Enterprises Based On The Systems Dynamics Method

The party’s seventeenth NPC report clearly emphasized improving theindependent innovation ability and building an innovative country. Since then,the independent innovation has become a hot research problem. The party’seighteenth NPC report once again stressed to stick to the road of independentinnovation with Chinese characteristics and to improve the ability of originalinnovation, integrated innovation and re-innovation based on the digestion andabsorption of imported technology under the implementation of theinnovation-driven development strategy. We can find that enhancing the ability ofindependent innovation has been elevated to the height of the national strategy.To accelerate improving the independent innovation ability and change the modeof economic development to comply with the requirements of the law ofeconomic development is the strategic choice. As the main body of the nationalindependent innovation, large and medium-sized industrial enterprises are thebackbone of national economic development, the level of their independentinnovation ability will be related to the improvement of the quality of the entirenational economy and international competitiveness. Therefore, in the current erabackground, there are very important strategic practical significance to enhancethe independent innovation capability and international competitiveness of largeand medium-sized industrial enterprises.Based on theoretical research results at home and abroad, this dissertationmakes research on the impact factors and Mechanism of action to enhanceindependent innovation ability of China’s large and medium-sized industrialenterprises. Firstly, on the basis of a simple definition of the meaning of China’s large and medium-sized industrial enterprises and independent innovation ability,this paper analyzed the factors that affect the independent innovation ability ofChina’s large and medium-sized industrial enterprises from four aspects，whichare including the ability of independent innovation environment supports,independent innovation input, independent innovation activity and independentinnovation output. Then, introduced the theories and methods of system dynamics,established a causal relationship model to analysis of the causality of the system.On the basis of qualitative analysis, established independent innovation systemSD flow diagram and established equation to determine the logic and quantitativerelationship between the factors. In the case of effective verification model，selectself-raised funds, the per capita cost of labor expenditures and R&D expendituresto simulate.By empirical simulation, this paper analyzed the factors on the mechanismof action of the system, and gave suggestions to enhance the independentinnovation ability of China’s large and medium-sized industrial enterprises withreference to the simulation results.this will also provide guidance and referenceto the development of other enterprises.
