Since the reform and opening up, in China rapid economic growth has also brought a series of social problems, such as serious environmental pollution, depletion of resources, employees lack of safety in production, as well as consumers rights and interests could not been guaranteed. Therefore, the implementation of corporate social responsibility has drawn more and more attention from social public; But as the research on corporate social responsibility in our country starts too late,there are many problems at corporations’ performance and information disclosure of social responsibility.This thesis studies how corporate social responsibility impact on corporate value.The purpose of the research is to find out corporate social responsibility is beneficial to enhance the value of the corporate,if corporate social responsibility can increase corporate value.it should be encouraged.The thesis is divided to five parts,and from both theoretical and empirical discussion of the relationship of corporate social responsibility and corporate value.The first chapter is introduction, introduces the research background,significance,literature review,content,method,possible innovation.The second chapter is an overview of corporate social responsibility and corporate value.Then on the basis of concept of corporate social responsibility that I defined,corporate social responsibility is of shareholders,debtors, suppliers,consumers,employees,government,public and other stakeholders’ responsibility.Then introduces concept of corporate value and its influence factors.The third chapter introduces the theory about how the corporate social responsibility impact on corporate value with the stakeholders’ angle, which are shareholders,debtors, suppliers,consumers,employees,govemment, public.The fourth chapter is the empirical analysis.According to the research and the impact of the theory,corporate social responsibility indicators and corporate value is selected.According to the theoretical analysis of the social responsibility impact on corporate value and combined with the experience of previous scholars on the basis of hypotheses, build two test models of corporate social responsibility impact on the corporate value. According to the screening criteria, selects the Shanghai Stock Exchange listed4055companies as our sample.Application of descriptive statistics,simple regression, multiple linear regression method, Made an empirical study of corporate social responsibility and corporate value relationship.The fifth chapter is conclusions and recommendations. Analyze the results of empirical research,and then give some policy and recommendations about the issues that found in the course of research.
