Benefit from the fast developing of Chinese automobile market in recent years, most of the world’s automobile manufacturers had to invest factories or expanded their production capacity in China, a large number of famous auto components’suppliers have set up their factories in China as well. Along with the growing of the auto components’suppliers in the market, in parallel, it is certain does power the development of Chinese own automobile industry. In front of the increasingly competitive market and continue rising manufacturing costs, auto components’suppliers are facing the great pressure at the moment. As the auto components’suppliers, on one hand they have to work with the auto OEMs very closely, as through the joint development of new technology and new products with the high cost performance of auto parts, on the other hand they have to be full cooperation cannot do without the sub-suppliers, improve its core competence in the market.Strengthen the company’s core competence and closely cooperation with its supplier are closely linked.
