The Research On Zhuzhou City Domestic Service Industry Development Of Present Situation And Corresponding Measure

With the economic development and people’s requirements forhigher quality of life, domestic service is increasingly becoming anemerging industry. Domestic service plays a significant role inenhancing people’s satisfaction for life, promoting the rates ofemployment and maintaining the sustainable development of society.Domestic service is a very important part in the whole social value chain.This paper takes the methods of literature review and questionnaire, onthe basis of fully read about the materials related to service industriesand home service industries at home and abroad, to launch thesystematic investigation on enterprises of Zhuzhou City. The research ofthe paper takes the definition of Domestic service, home economics,industrial structure theory as the theoretical foundation. From the twoperspectives of macro environment and micro environment of Domesticservice in Zhuzhou city， this paper try to show the current developmentof domestic service and analyze the underlying problems of the babydomestic service industries in Zhuzhou such as lack of developmentplans, disorderly competition and unordered situation as a whole.Meanwhile, many domestic workers said the lack of appropriateregulations and chaotic market lead domestic enterprises into "puzzled”.Finally, analyze the development of domestic service of Zhuzhou from the perspectives of the government, the market, consumers andinnovative technology for the purposes of coming up some constructiveand targeted countermeasures to help build a perfect domestic servicesystem that can satisfy some different requirements. Meanwhile, inorder to make the domestic service industry reach to the demands of themarket development and building the well-off society in an all-aroundway, it’s very necessary to accelerate the pace of domestic serviceenterprises’ coming into large-scale, chain-store operation, promotingdomestic service into marketization, socialization and industrialization,steadily enhancing the employees’ capacities and service qualities.
