With the rapid development of China's macro economy and people's living standard,life pace accelerates constantly and living pressure increases continually,so that the purchase for nannies,maternity matrons or house-cleaning service has become more and more extensive in the city life.Under this background,as the product of socialization and fine division of labor the domestic service industry,referred to the occupation training and market operation of family affairs,has been the prototype of nannies and part-time employers in China's market environment.In recent years,maternity matron,house-cleaning,door-to-door collection and other different forms,have been titled as "domestic service",which is a rapid developing service industry in current consumer market.Common housekeeping services include cooking,washing,housework,care for the elderly,infants,pregnant women or materials,making family meals and so on.However,with the developing of life service industry and the increasing of life service enterprises,these enterprises are under great pressure of survival and development,when considering the actual problems:How to make business development strategies and plans,to grow step by step,to get more customers,to achieve a larger scale,and to gain a foothold in the competition.Especially in China's market environment,population,economic scale,market environment,and consumption capacity in the third-class cities vary to a great extant from those in the first-class cities like Beijing,Shanghai,Guangzhou and Shenzhen.In this case the formulation and implementation of a series of corporate strategies of service life enterprises,which explain how to survive and develop,will be the key of this paper.As the case for analysis,Kunming Higher Housekeeping Service Company(Referred to as Higherhousekeeping)is introduced,including the business scope,organizational structure,development process,current development environment,business resources and competitive abilities.On the basis of the analysis,the paper takes the five tasks of strategic management as the clue,conducting further studies on the development strategy of Higherhousekeeping.Finally,based on the full analysis,this paper will summarize the conclusion by integrating the process of Higherhousekeeping development strategy formulation,hoping to enlighten domestic service companies in the second or third class cities on their strategic choices and the development plans,also to be used for reference by similar commercial projects.
