| China Cargo Airlines Co., Ltd. was established in July30,1998, approved by the Civil Aviation Administration of China which is the first professional franchise aviation cargo airline. Establish by the China Eastern Airlines and China Ocean Shipping Company. China Eastern Airlines holds a70%stake, China Ocean Shipping Company accounted for30%of the shares. It headquartered in Shanghai, the Shanghai HONG QIAO International Airport and Shanghai PU DONG International Airport has base of operations. It is the first established all-cargo air carriers in China. It flew to America airways with CK code at the year2003independently and joined IATA Organization successfully (IATA).15years since1998, the global economy has undergone tremendous changes, the performance of global economic integration and the rapid development of world trade. China joined the World Trade Organization at the year2011which has stimulated the rapid development of domestic and international air cargo industry. Many foreign aviation giants such as UPS, FEDEX, have entered Shanghai to seize this super big cake. Cargo airlines now began the globalization trend at the moment. Compared to foreign air cargo business, our cargo corporation apparently lack of international competitive advantage, showing the strength of the weak, the fleet is small, the degree of information is poor, poor marketing, the market share is low. So the response measure is to enhance our international competitiveness as soon as possible.
