The Author combines 10-year airfreight experience with fieldwork and study to finish the article. Applying the theory of competitive strategy and strategic environment management theory and development strategic choice theory, the thesis analyzes the characteristics of aviation logistics industry and development strategy of China Southern Airlines in HUBEI region, meanwhile the paper gives out the reason why China South Airline (CZ) can become the leader of HUBEI aviation logistics market.Setting out from three aviation logistics development trends of international and internal and HUBEI CZ, detailedly this thesis analyzes all kinds of requirements in HUBEI aviation logistics market and HUBEI CZ's competitive strength. By seriously analyzing inherent competitive strength, inherent advantage and disadvantage and outer opportunities and threats, this paper gives out her development target which CZ unceasingly leads HUBEI market and forms a kind of special market features and brand. Draws out three development strategy: changing network structure, building up competitive advantages and 7P market theory. By the end of every strategy, has an analysis about implement effects. At last, the author tables some proposals in order that HUBEI CZ holds her market quotient and grows up fleetly and healthily.
