In the knowledge economics age, with the speeding up of the progress of science and technology, innovation has become the key facor for enterprises to keep sustainable competitive advantage.Innovation on the organizational level is based on the individual level.But with the appearance of human capital depreciation, innovation which is based on the use of knowledge and experience must have been affected seriously.Nowadays, the country promotes independent innovation vigorously.Under this circumstance, to study how to promoting innovation behavior is very important. Only when employees are competent for a job can they generate new ideas and take innovation behavior.So it is meaningful to study the relationship among human capital depreciation,person-job fit,compency and innovation.This paper is based on theory of human capital depreciation,innovation behavior,take knowledge-intensive service enterprises as example,analyze the overall human capital depreciation status and its internal differences of Chinese knowledge workers.Using statistical method and structural equation model to analyze the relationship among human capital depreciation,person-job fit,compency and innovation behavior.Results show that human capital depreciation has a significant negative influence on innovation behavior,this significant negative influence is mediated by person-job fit and moderated by compency. Finally,this paper provide some management suggestion based on the results.
