A New SAPT(DFT) Method Of Business Process Of NTCW

With the development of technology institutional reform and under the entrustment of government, quality inspection agencies not only undertake the supervision and inspection of products related to personal health and important industrial products having an effect on national economic development, but also accept commission of commercial customers and provide commercial inspection services in accordance with international practice. From the development trend of recent years, the proportion of commercial inspection business is increasing year by year, becoming a third party inspection agency to enhance their competitiveness and an important part of sustainable development.In the past, inspection agencies received simple supervision and checking task from administrative bodies, but now they participate in the fierce market competition. The existing business processes are no longer adapted to the new situation. Becoming thin and weak in marketing and business development, old business flow impedes the development of institutions.The mismatch situation between existing business processes and the actual development of National Quality Supervision and Testing Center for Cables and Wires (Jiangsu) during operation procedure has been studied in the paper. In accordance with the business process optimization theory of modern enterprise management, application flowcharts, program analytical methods and systematic transformation, this paper comes up with optimizing and improved business processes for NTCW as well.First, in order to determine the direction of business process improvement, analyze the current business situation, divide the customer group and clear up different needs of customers. Secondly, analyze the existing business processes, adjust the processes structure, reduce unnecessary links, shorten the running time and improve customer satisfaction. In order to adapt to the needs of optimizing business processes, analyze and improve the Center’s organizational structure, human resources and utilize of information technology. Finally, using the test cycle, test efficiency tools such as customer satisfaction survey, make an assessment on the effect after optimization of the process. The assessment results show that through business process optimization, the operational efficiency of center, work quality and customer satisfaction have increased dramatically, indicating that business process optimization measures is effective to promote the further development of third-party inspection agency like NTCW.
