Research On Optimization Of Purchasing Business Process Of G Company

The development strategy of "Made in China 2025" has promoted the further development of the manufacturing industry and the supply chain competition has gradually evolved into a key factor in the success of enterprises.Procurement management as a key link in supply chain management has attracted the attention of many companies.Therefore,companies can improve their competitiveness in the market by optimizing their purchasing business processes.Similarly,for specialized equipment manufacturers,the development of the industry will also increase the market demand for intelligent production line equipment and the optimization of procurement business processes will also bring huge economic benefits to them.G company is a specialized equipment manufacturing company.This article takes G company as the research object and has a series of problems such as long time for approval,complicated procedures and long procurement period in the procurement business process.Use ASME method and fish bone map method to diagnose and analyze the problems in the procurement business process;Use the ESIA method and flowchart method to optimize issues in supplier management,procurement contract management,material inspection and storage management,purchase settlement management processes.And form a standard business flow chart;Finally,put forward safeguard measures to make the optimized process smoothly implemented on the B7 ARRAY project and optimize the effect from the three aspects of the efficiency of the implementation of the procurement process,external cooperation to improve the effectiveness of the staff satisfaction Evaluation;before and after the comparison optimization,the procurement business process time from an average of about 30.5 days,down to about 16 days,a drop of up to 45.9%.The research in this paper has developed an efficient procurement process for G Company,which has greatly improved the automation and intelligence of the entire process,simplified many cumbersome processes in the procurement business process,shortened the procurement cycle,and improved the procurement efficiency.Research shows that efficient procurement business processes can improve the efficiency of purchasing and reduce procurement costs for companies.
