Benefits Distribution Research Of Collaborative Procurement Based On Game Theory

With the growing of enterprise competition and increasing cost pressure, holding enterprises’ collaborative procurement have more and more attention. This business model not only can be integrate resources to achieve economies of scale, but also can greatly reduce the purchase cost of enterprise to increase the competitiveness. In addition, this business model can enhance the trust and cooperation relationship between enterprise of the holding company. But the key of this business model is whether the collaborative purchasing interest allocation be fair, reasonable and scientific.At first, this paper puts forward the holding group collaborative procurement, then analyses the content and advantages of this business model. On this basis, this paper analyzes the importance of distribution of interests fair and reasonable and analyses principles of interest’s distribution based on cooperative game. These principles are equality, mutual benefit, Combination of risk and benefits and combination of collective rationality and individual rationality etc. After that, this paper comprehensive analyzes the influence factors of the interest’s distribution in the collaborative procurement from input, contribution, risk and other factors. After building the interests allocation methods based on a single factor of the marginal benefit, this paper studied the signal factor model’s properties, advantages and disadvantages. Then this paper determined all the influence factors’s weight in scientific method. At last, this paper birdied the Multi-factor interests allocation. This multi-factor model overcome the single factor model’s disadvantage of not taking risk, input and other factors into consideration. After improvement of this model, it become more close to reality and more easy to be received by enterprises. It provides a more scientific method of interests’ distribution for holding enterprise collaborative procurement and other business cooperation.Finally, this paper applied this method to S holding group’s project of collaborative purchasing and analyzed the interest’s distribution problem in a logistics company and three holding production enterprises. This paper proved the new research method is more scientific rationality by compare the result in traditional and this new method.
