With unceasing development of science & technology, especially the IT, also with the globalization of economy, the surrounding of companies is becoming more and more serious, and the competition between the supply-chains become the main format of the market competition. In a collaborative supply chain, the members should consider the supply chain as a whole; meanwhile they want to get good payments for their investment. Otherwise the base of cooperation will collapse. However, the effective ways of solving the problem of profit distribution have not been found.Based on the literature review, the thesis mainly discusses the profit distribution in a collaborative supply chain. This paper uses some new ways to divide the members of collaborative supply chain and provides examples. The first chapter is an introduction of the paper, which discusses the background, the research methods, and the framework of the thesis. The second chapter is about the summary of available research, and it discusses the concept of the collaborative supply chain and the research on profit distribution. In the third chapter this paper discusses the concept, the problems and the rules of the profit distribution in a collaborative supply chain. And we find that there are three basic rules. They are the smile curve in benefit sharing, the profit sharing be related to core resources and the supply chain with higher collaborative level more like to share. In the chapter four, this paper divides the members of supply chain into four different types through the latitude of contribution, the latitude of information and the latitude of continuance. In the calculation of contribution latitude, this study uses AHP, while it uses weight method in the other latitudes. The fifth chapter discusses the ways to share the profit of the different members through the methods of game theory. This paper mainly uses complete information static game analysis to study the profit distribution of ordinary members, extended game analysis to study partnership-type members, incomplete information dynamic game analysis to study priority-type members, and cooperative game solution to study strategy-type members. In the last chapter, this paper makes a summary and an outlook.
