The Cause Of The Relatively Low Proportion Of Resident’ Consumption In Anhui Province And Countermermeasures Research

In the past20years, China’s share of consumption of GDP, namely consumption rate is decreased. So of Anhui province. The residents consumption rate of Anhui province in2011is only39.1%, although slightly higher than the national average level, but significantly lower than developed countries. In2011, Anhui province residents consumption rate is low42%,55.4%,21.33%than the United States, Britain and Japan.Compared with India the same as developing country, Anhui Province, the consumption rate is also low, Anhui residents consumption rate is lower10-20points than India.The low rate of residents consumption, not only not conducive to the smooth realization of the goal of socialist production and social harmony, stability, but also destroy the reasonable structure of social demand, affecting the sustainable growth of the social demand, thereby affecting the social and economic growth. Therefore, analysis of the causes of low residents consumption rate of Anhui Province, and seek for the measures, to improve Anhui Province residents consumption rate, obviously have certain theory and practical significance.In this paper, by using empirical analysis method, has analyzed the factors as the initial distribution income accounted for the proportion of GDP is low, the increase of unfairness in redistribution, low rate of urbanization, the social security system is not perfect, consumption a lack of credit and no good consumption habits and the environment which may lead to the low residents consumption rate of Anhui province through establishing models. The results show that the disposable income of residents accounted for the proportion of GDP, the fair of redistribution, the rate of urbanization and social security system and other factors, have a positive effect on residents consumption rate.Through the empirical analysis, this paper thinks that, in order to increase the residents consumption of Anhui province, and improve the consumption rate, expanding domestic demand, promote the development of sustainable growth of Anhui province economy and society, the following aspects of work are must to do:first, to adjust the initial distribution pattern, increase the income of residents of GDP proportion; second, to narrow the income gap, improve the fairness of income redistribution; third, accelerate process of urbanization; fourth, establish a sound social security system; fifth, establish a sound credit system; sixth, to guide residents to form a good habit of keeping pace with the times; seventh, improve the consumption environment.
