Research On Influence Of Anhui Public Education Expenditure On Economic Growth Based On The Spillover Effect

Since the founding of new China,Anhui province’s education started on the weak basis,through trial and error, and constant innovation in the reform. Gradually we have created a unique anhui province education system. The public education expenditure is the primary power to promote the development of Anhui province’s education;it makes huge contribution to Anhui’s economic; it promotes the accumulation of human capital resources in anhui province as well as scientific and technological innovation; It directs to the development of the economy in anhui province finally. However, due to the low level of the development of education, economic development and unsound of education system in Anhui Province, the spillover effects of public education did not fully played out. Therefore, the study of the effect of Anhui public education spending to economic growth from the perspective of education overflow has lots of significance in both theory and practice.Firstly this paper based on education externality,human capital theory and education spillover thory, we study the current status of Anhui’s public education expenditure and economic growth, and then establishe spillover measuring model to research the effect of Anhui’s public education expenditure on economic growth by using the Anhui’s data of1996-2011.In the process we used some methods such as unit root test, cointegration test and granger causality test. Finally we get some conclusions under the analysis of this paper and put forwards some policies and suggestions.The conclusions we got from this paper are as follows:in anhui province the pattern of economic development is still extensive, the influence of public education expenditure and spillover effects are less than labor input; In the short term,the influence is not obvious;The spillover effects between education and economic are not very strong.
