A Study On The Influence Of Education Expenditure On Economic Growth In Jilin Province

After the reform and opening up,the expenditure intensity of education has been significantly increased among the provinces of our country,and the education cause and economy have been greatly developed.However,this does not mean that the education cause in every province of our country is in a good state of development.The economy of jilin province is relatively backward,the fiscal revenue is limited,and the government's support for education is not enough.Based on this,it is necessary to study the impact of financial education expenditure on economy in jilin province,and get some policy enlightenment by studying the internal relationship between the two,so as to better develop education in jilin province and better promote economic growth in jilin province.This paper first summarizes the relevant research literature at home and abroad,and then summarizes the human capital theory,public goods theory,economic growth and other related theories.Then the paper describes the absolute scale,relative scale,expenditure structure and economic growth of jilin province.According to the data of regional GDP and fiscal education expenditure in jilin province over the years,the empirical analysis is carried out by using the kexangras function and Eviews software,and the results show that the fiscal education expenditure in jilin province will promote economic growth,and the effect is quite significant.Then,according to the expenditure data of jilin province's fiscal education expenditure in the primary,middle and high levels,the author also makes an empirical analysis with the use of the kerseri glass function and Eviews software,and obtains the contribution rate of jilin province's fiscal education expenditure in different levels to the promotion of economic growth.The contribution rate of primary education expenditure is the largest.Finally,according to the existing problems and the results of empirical analysis,some countermeasures and Suggestions are put forward.In short,only by expanding the scale of financial education expenditure,optimizing the structure of financial education expenditure,and improving the management system of financial education expenditure in jilin province can the education cause of jilin province be better developed and the economic growth of jilin province be better promoted.
