Issue of migrant workers in China’s economic and social development is one of the important problems. As an important participant in urban construction, migrant workers has made a tremendous contribution to China’s urbanization. With the development of urbanization in our country has made great progress, migrant workers’housing, medical care, children’s education and other issues continue to highlight. As a particular group, migrant workers drifted between urban and rural areas for a long time. During China’s economic and social transition, seize the opportunity to solve the problems in the process of imigration has important theoretical and practical significance.Firstly, the paper combin the literature of the connotation and clasiification of people of migrant workers, factors affecting citizens willingness, barriers to people of migrant workers, new generation of migrant workers of the special problems. Through the finishing of theory of surplus labor transfer, the theoretical foundation of the research on this topic has laid.In the specific research methods, the paper goes from the perspective of econometrics, using regression analysis by Eviews software with the example of anhui province. Using a percentage of total income of migrant workers in Anhui Province in the GDP of Anhui Province to represent migrant workers in Anhui sharing fruits of economic growth. With the comparison of data, Anhui migrant workers to share the fruits of economic growth and economic development for the city of migrant workers do contribute to extreme imbalance. The treatment of migrant workers far less than their level of economic development for the city’s contribution.In the study of factors affecting citizion willingness of migrant workers in Anhui Province issues, firstly we processing the data of survey questionnaire. Secondly, we using the cross reference table and the chi-square test of statistical methods to analyze the factors affecting the willingness of citizenship for the people of migrant workers in Anhui Province. The result shows that migrant workers age, educational level, wage levels, type of occupation can contribute to the willingness of citizenship.In recommendations, the artical start from the perspective of institutional innovation, put forward some specific aspects of the reform measures in order to seek further promote ways.
