An Empirical Research On Some Influence Factors Of Inword Transformation Of Processing Trade Enterprises In China

With the gradual spread of the global financial crisis and the sustained appreciation of RMB in the international market leading to the result of trade protectionism and the rapid shrinking of the international market, which is bound to be taking serious impact on the outward and export-oriented processing trade enterprises in China; meanwhile, as the adjustment about domestic economic structure and the ongoing advancement of domestic policies,no doubt, which providing a good opportunity for development of the processing trade enterprises in China, therefore, how to achieve the international transformation behind the actual background is the major reality of processing trade enterprises in China.As the main part of China’s foreign trade, the processing trade enterprises play an important role not only on making export foreign exchange but also pushing the domestic employment.however, the state of the global financial crisis and appreciation of RMB are the dual pressures of the processing trade enterprises,domestic export environment is going to be gradually deteriorate, an OEM-oriented business model are facing more challenges come from realistic environment, the dismiss of a large number of foreign-funded enterprises and the return of migrant workers are bound result. In order to achieve the sustainable development of processing trade enterprises,there are two main ways for the realization towards the transformation of outward internationalization:one way is trade enhancing,namely through industrial extension and quality optimization and building their own brands to seek overall positioning of processing trade enterprises promotion; The other way is investment-driven, by carrying out foreign direct investment to bypass trade barriers and the global allocation of resources to achieve internal industry’s global operations, clearly, the former requires the processing trade enterprises have a long accumulation and adjustment process, a variety of uncertainties during this time while the latter requires the processing trade enterprises possess the strength and rich experience in international business management, this way is more suitable for large-scale foreign trade enterprises; obviously, for the most processing trade enterprises, especially small and medium sized foreign trade enterprises, outbound international transformation is lack of basic conditions.however, we also note that as our domestic economic structure adjustment and optimization as well as the continued implementation of domestic policies, the growing domestic market will provide development opportunities for the processing trade enterprises, especially for the small and medium sized foreign trade enterprises, through inward transformation, they can return and achieve the positioning of the domestic market, in reality, there are already a lot of processing trade enterprises start to explore the practice. It is lack of exploration in the field of domestic research based on the combing about the existing literature, no doubt, choosing Shenzhen electronic information industry as an example, this article selecting the inward problems of the processing trade enterprises as a case study has important theoretical and practical significance.This article according to field research about the development of the processing trade enterprises in representative Shenzhen electronic information industry based on the integrated use of combining theory and practice、qualitative and quantitative methods, normative and empirical methods and so on, after the comprehensive and systematic elaboration of the basic concepts and the relevant theories about the inward transformation of the processing trade enterprise, the author established the relevant assessment system of the factors about the inward transformation of the processing trade enterprises in China, with a comprehensive system analysis focus on the factors of inward transformation and the influencing affect the process and the impact, the author ultimately put forward some recommendations contributing the achievement of inward transformation of the processing trade enterprises in China; this research shows:the enterprises themselves is the primary factor about realization of the inward transformation, the domestic environment is the second and the international environment is the last; from the level of impact indicators in the assessment layer, the financial crisis、domestic government policies and corporate talent are the three key to affecting the achievement of inward transformation in the processing trade enterprises;and so on.
